The Cumquat Tree does not offer cash refunds or cover costs of return postage on items exchanged. We will happily offer a store credit which is valid for 6 months or exchange for another item within 2 weeks of purchase.

For any returns, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your item. Your items will be carefully packaged before they are shipped to you and must be in the exact same condition on return. All garments must still have the swing tag attached to be returned. We are happy for you to try the clothing on but please do not take off the tags.
We happily provide refunds to goods that we deem to be faulty within two weeks of purchase. The goods will only be accepted if a receipt of purchase is sent with the item and the washing instructions have clearly been followed.
We will happily accept a credit card statement as a receipt. Once we inspect the item and deem it faulty we will refund your credit card for the total amount of the purchase along with the cost of postage you originally paid. If the item has been worn or damaged then The Cumquat Tree reserves the right to send the item back to you with no exchange or credit.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you receive your item and decide you do not like the style anymore, we will happily will provide you with a credit note as long as the item has not been worn, washed and the swing tags are still attached.
The credit note will be issued online to use for your next purchase and we will send you a personalised code to use at the checkout. The credit note will need to be used in one transaction and will only be available to use once. All credit notes are valid for 6 months. We will not REFUND if you decide you no longer like your item.
CHANGE OF SIZE RETURNS
If you receive your item and the sizing is wrong please notify us within 7 days and we will happily send you another size once your garment has been returned to us.
If we do not have your size in stock we will happily to exchange it for another item or issue you a credit note for the cost of the garment only. The cost for a returned item will be at the customers' expense as The Cumquat Tree does not cover any postage costs for exchanges.
SALE ITEM RETURNS
We do not offer exchange or refund on sale items
All orders will be processed within 48 hours.
We use Australia Post Registered Parcel Post which takes 1-3 working days within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). In Regional areas outside the express post network it may take between 2-5 days.
If you have not received your purchased items within 5 working days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.
Once your order has been carefully packed and posted you will receive an email with a tracking number that will enable you to track your parcel with Australia Post.
If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post office.
